What makes the Fruitful Hills CSA unique:
Fruitful Hills is run by the Frantz family amongst a cluster of small family farms located in north central Missouri. Their close-knit Christian community is based on the German Baptist Brethren tradition which originated in Europe during the early 1700s. One result of this lifestyle is that the Frantzes farm with REAL horse-power and very little modern technology. For this reason, Christine Stephan works as Fruitful Hills’ CSA coordinator in the KC metro, helping connect Fruitful Hills’ CSA members with their farmers.
Fruitful Hills also hosts an office CSA at HNTB. The Frantzes are looking to expand their office/group CSA efforts, so sign your company up today!
CSA members are invited to the farm each Spring and Autumn so they can meet their farmers, discover how their food is grown, meet the hard-working horses and other farm animals, and have some fun in the great outdoors. Fruitful Hills also utilizes a Core Group of their CSA members, who assist with marketing, communication, and share distributions.

Fruitful Hills is also a member of the KC Food Circle.
