Volunteers Welcome!

Would you like to help the KCCSAC spread the CSA love around Kansas City?  Are you passionate about ensuring that everyone in our community has access to fresh, organically-grown food grown by local farmers?  The KCCSAC has a number of great projects about ready to sprout, in addition to hosting tables at various events around town to help educate our fellow eaters about CSA.

Upcoming events

Special events volunteers help work KCCSAC booths, set up displays, and assist with break down and clean-up at a variety of community events.  See the Calendar page for details about each upcoming event!

  • 2012 CSA Open House (Saturday, 2/18, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm) — volunteers needed to help with setup, teardown, and general assistance during the Open House
  • KC Food Circle Expos
    • Saturday, 3/31, 9am – 2pm (@ Shawnee Civic Center) — volunteers needed to assist with the KCCSAC table
    • Saturday, 4/7, 9:30 am – 2:30 pm (@ MCC-Penn Valley Gymnasium) – volunteers needed to assist with the KCCSAC table
